eAgentC Tech: Sending out a Newsletter at Low or NO Cost!
Keller Williams Associates can send out a very informative newsletter to their clients, customers and leads, for whom they have an email address at very little if any cost. AND it doesn’t take you much time at all because Keller Williams Realty International has provided the content for you! You can modify it, add to it and personlize it as much as you like which would take some additional time but here is how we do it:
- Go to this link for which you will need your eAgentC username & password.
If the link fails, you can find the material in http://MyKW.kw.com and sign in, place your mouse over the ‘Marketing‘ tab and select ‘Lead Generation‘ from the drop down menu. At the top of the ‘Lead Generation‘ page you will see links to a variety of marketing campaigns including one titled ‘This Month in Real Estate’ which you should select. Now you are in the same place you would have been in the first link worked!
- In the right side box you should see ‘Downloads’ from which you will select the ‘Newsletter’. While I use the U.S. version, some of you may want the Canadian version. This will open a new window or tab in your browser with the ‘Newsletter’ contents.
- Cltr + A to highlight the entire Newsletter. Or drag your cursor from the right-hand corner of the template all the way to the bottom.
- Cltr + C to copy the entire Newsletter
- Cltr + V into the e-mail you plan to send out
Here is where each individual has to make choices. If you have Top Producer, you can copy the newsletter into Marketing / Template Library / eMail Library by creating a new template in one of your personal categories. Keep track of where you put it and when you send the email simply pull up that template instead of the blank email. But if you use some other contact management system the steps may be different or if you use outlook, simply put the template into the email you are creating to send.
- Be sure to customize the template with your contact information!
